2. Counter-Notification

  • A description of the material and its location before it was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

3. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy to terminate accounts or block access for repeat copyright offenders in accordance with applicable laws.
